Cotopaxi is a "DO GOOD" brand, and they definitely stand behind their mission. Their main drive is to help people get out of poverty, so they have a foundation that gives to that very cause. They take recycling/upcycling seriously, and do everything they can to be a minimal waste company, using remnant fabrics on their Del Dia collection of bags to prevent further fabrics going into land fills. They are Fair Trade certified, meaning they treat their employees in the factories right, with fair wages and good working conditions. They are also held to a standard environmentally speaking.
